Restricted Shipping Option Products
Perfumes and products containing lithium batteries are excluded from free shipping and can only be shipped via DHL or FedEx. When placing your order, please ensure that you select either DHL or FedEx as your shipping option. If a different shipping method is chosen, additional shipping fees may be required, which may also result in delivery delays. We kindly ask for your understanding and attention to this matter.
How Long is the Pre-Delivery Preparation Period?
Depending on the suppliers' stock availability, the collection of items may take 1 to 7 days.
Please note that some products such as pre-order / customized items may take additional time for delivery and processing.
During this period, your order status will be 'Collecting Items.' Even if one item is not ready when you've ordered multiple items, they will all show as 'Collecting Items' until everything is prepared.
Once all items are ready, the status will be updated to 'Preparing for Shipment' together.
If there are any changes, such as out of stock or renewed, we will notify you at the email address you provided. So, please check your email for updates without any alterations
What are the Shipping Costs?
We collaborate with multiple shipping carriers based on the delivery location.
Shipping costs are determined when you select the delivery country during the ordering process, and they vary based on the chosen shipping method, the weight of the items .Different carriers have varying delivery times and costs, and your order will be shipped using the carrier you select.We provide tracking numbers for all parcels regardless any shipping method.

For the following countries, orders of beauty products* over $200 USD qualify for free shipping (excluding a separate $1.90 USD handling fee):

Important Update:
Even if the total price of beauty products in your cart exceeds $200 USD, the free shipping option will not appear if there are non-eligible items in the cart. In such cases, please contact our customer service at cs@beautyboxkorea.com for assistance in receiving free shipping service.

About Customs and Duties
For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any potential import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. Please keep in mind that these charges are determined by the destination country and not by us. In cases of returns or refunds, any relevant expenses, including round-trip shipping and customs fees, will be deducted from the refund amount
***To avoid Customs problems. we offer a "Gift from a friend" service when requested. Please leave a message in the 'Other inquiries' box in the order page.Shipping Fee for Orders Over 30kgDue to system limitations, if the total weight of items in your cart exceeds 30kg, the shipping fee will be displayed as $0 (& only $1.9 for handling fee). In such cases, the correct shipping fee will be calculated and informed via email after the order is placed. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our system.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Cancellation1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-your order is still under “Pending” or “Collecting items” status, you can send the cancellation request via our website or cs@beautyboxkorea.com
The cancellation and refund will be made immediately for the item(s) is/are still before packing.
2) Cancellation or refund due to a change of mind is not possible for orders from the status of “Queued for Shipment”.
For the cancellation of orders which have already been departed from us, only the amount excluding the shipping and return fees will be refunded.
Please order carefully considering the characteristics of international transportation.
3) The order status of the website may be updated later than the actual status.
Even if the system shows that it is "Collecting items" or “Queued for Shipment”, it may have actually already been transferred to the delivery company.
Acceptance of the cancellation request is determined based on the actual order status.
4) Please make sure that all communication regarding cancellation will be made through email.

Pre-orders and customized products—such as contact lenses, engraved items, etc.—are absolutely non-cancellable and non-refundable for any reason, so make sure to purchase with this understanding.
